By using hastur you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the product. If these terms change, you need to accept the new version before you can keep using your account.

The product

hastur is an early, invite-only beta. Features can change, break, or go away without notice. Information on Pulse is for attention and research context. It is not financial advice and not a recommendation to buy or sell anything.

Beta access

Access is limited and can be withdrawn. If you are not using the platform during the beta, your access may be revoked.

Accounts

You need an invite or an approved early access request to create an account. Keep your login details to yourself. Do not share your account. We may suspend or remove access if the product is abused or these terms are broken.

Handles

Your handle is the public name on your account. Do not choose a name that is hateful, sexual, abusive, or that pretends to be someone else. We may refuse a handle, revoke it, and ban the account.

Misuse

Do not misuse hastur. That includes attacking or disrupting the service, scraping it, reverse engineering it in a way that harms other people or the platform, impersonating someone, or using the product to mislead people or to break the law. Misuse can result in a ban.

Content

Lore, news, and coin data may come from third parties. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or that a matched coin is related to a story in the way you expect.

Privacy

How we handle data is described in our Privacy policy and Cookie policy.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for losses from trading decisions, downtime, or reliance on Pulse content.
